4. Sharing the same content across social media platforms

Each social media platform is unique and that’s why each platform should have pieces of content unique to its audience. By blasting each site with the same content, you’re missing the opportunity to cater your content to reach each potential customer.

The easiest way to remedy this mistake is to understand each platform’s audience. Over 70% of online American adults are on Facebook. The average age of Facebook users is 40.
