Each month, VMG ran a newsletter campaign to increase booked appointments. In just a couple of months, unique clicks to schedule an appointment went up by 15.1%. We achieved this through a simpler, redesigned newsletter combined with educational and entertaining content readers consumed.
Unique clicks to book stayed at a constant 38.2 click rate, and booking an appointment remained the #1 most clicked link throughout 2021 email campaign efforts.

The Instagram account reached 164,510 impressions, with 230% more visits in 2021 compared to 2020, allowing us to build a solid social media presence and reinforce brand awareness.
